General Conditions ñ Orders shall not be effective until acceptance thereof by Akran Security and such acceptance may be either by notification to customer or by our commencement of work on the merchandise ordered. Due to the process of manufacturing items to customersí specifications, overruns or underruns of not more than 10% will occur. These will be deemed acceptable by the customer and billed on a pro-rata basis. Prices quoted do not include any applicable taxes. All claims must be made in writing within 10 days of receipt of shipment. No returns can be made without our permission.

Reproduction Rights ñ Customer warrants and represents to Akran Security that he/she is lawfully entitled to reproduce and copy the pictures or artwork ordered, and has full authority to authorize Akran Security to reproduce and copy such pictures and artwork. Customer will indemnify and save harmless Akran Security against any claims, actions and damages, and for Akran Securityís expenses connected therewith, arising out of reproductions and copying of such pictures or artwork or any parts thereof. Artwork, separations, dies, plates, molds and embroidery disks made by Akran Security shall at all times remain the sole and exclusive property of Akran Security for customerís use exclusively.

Privacy Statement -- We believe that your personal information deserves protection. The personal information requested in our on-line form or within any electronic correspondence with Akran Security is necessary to process your requests and orders. We certify that we will not share or sell your personal information with any individuals or corporate entities outside of your business with Akran Security without your expressed permission.
